Sitemap generation for google webmaster tools

Hi all,

Using Open cart 1.5.1.3
http://www.onling.com/store

Here is my sitemap and it take at least 45 - 90 sec to generate, I have 27000 products, 700 attributes, 65 categories

The first error i got was they google said I had over 50000 items an I have to reduce them.

The second error I got from I have this error from google:
Sitemap is HTML
Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.

Any ideas why ?

If it says it is HTML, then you have errors in the feed, probably due to it timing out when being generated.

You will probably need to grab an extension from the extension store which can handle the amount of products you have.
