I sell digital downloads to my customers.
Some of my customers are starting to see duplicate downloads in their accounts which makes it difficult for them to access the files they want.

I would like to do the following:

- If duplicate downloads are found in customer account, only show one of the items.

- Organize download page by product type.

Can anyone help? Would this require a lot of work?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Wallimann. Do you mean they see the same file download repeatedly in the downloads area? If so, then yes it's possible to edit and get it to only show one of each. The categorising by product is a little bit trickier, but still possible for sure

It's something I can do sure. I'm not actually doing any client work now until the 9th of January. If you contact me I can give you a quote and timescale for this (PM or email - jay@jaygilford.com)
