Alas the OP has removed their question, but from your subject.
Shipping Costs should be set in your Google Merchant account
Reviews - Our extension which I know you have, adds info on Reviews to Google Merchant
Availability - Again our extension adds availability.
With regards to microdata, I believe this is something completely different to Google Merchant, it is more a new way of marking up areas of a page/html
