Hello,

I have installed OC 1.5.1.3. (on linux) and I'm having problems with the displayed price. The products are all added without VAT and are set to "taxable goods" (same 19% and other have 6%). If I set the option to show prices with and without tax it seems to work fine, but when I looked the next day the prices showed without tax. I looked and checked but could not find the problem. But when I logged in as customer the prices changed to including VAT.

How does OC set the price (I would prefer to show always with VAT) and can I change it?

TIA

Yes , it should if you set the geozones correctly. If you are from Netherland , set up a zone for that , than assign the taxes to it and you will be able to see them.

I checked everything and it looks fine. The only thing that seem to help is when I change the "based on" for the "NL VAT 19%" tax class form "shipping address" to "store address". But then someone form outside the EU also has to pay NL tax (where it should not be).

Hope someone has a solution.

--edit1--:
I found the setting at:
system > settings > edit (store) > option (tab)
Use Store Tax Address:
Use the store address to calculate
taxes if no one is logged in. You can
choose to use the store address for
the customers shipping or payment
address.

Only, there is no "store address" in the drop-down menu...

--edit2--
Seems this is a known "bug". After I had set the "use store tax address" to "shipping address" the prices are correct (not a very clear setting, but it works).
