το προβλημα τελικα ητανε στην φιλοξενια δεχθηκε επιθεση και κλειδωσε τα δικαιωματα στους φακελλους

Hey mate, don't know what your Russian writing was asking but I'm assuming you had a whole bunch of warnings on your page.

Check the config.php file in your root directory, where it says // DIR define('DIR_APPLICATION', '/xxxx/xxxx/xxxxxx/'); etc... more than like that will be wrong. I moved mine from MAMP to XAMPP and had to change the '/Applications/MAMP/' /Applications/XAMPP' to fix the issue, easy fix but you'd imagine these settings would be in the database or at least dynamic so they are updated without you having to worry about it.
