I'm working on some scripts to automate product entry and updates in OpenCart, and I need to know the relationships between the various product tables. I'm sure I can dig it out of the code, but is there a schema diagram available somewhere? That would make this task much easier.
Did this ever get answered. I have to set up a link with access at work annd it would make it so much easier.
I figured that if I can manage to set up a good link with M$ Access it could be used to update the database with products. If it works I will make the template available to everyone.

These Database diagrams are for OpenCart 1.5.1.3.

A few years back - OK, back in 2011 - someone asked the question about Database Schema for OpenCart. The only result was something based on OC 1.5 so it is a bit outdated...
Looking at the (2005) Database Schema for osCommerce https://apps.oscommerce.com/Dw3rD&ms2-d ... schema-pdfshows a robust visual diagram of how various parts of OSC worked together and related to each other and made it fairly easy to understand how the whole thing worked - particularly when trying to develop or troubleshoot the system. Harold Ponce later updated it in a blog (2009), but I can't find anything later so far... https://www.shinyredapples.com/post/995 ... n-keys#_=_
I have to assume the Database Schemas must have fallen out of favour, or no-one bothered to update the OC once which is a small tragedy to my mind. Here is a link to the editable OC 1.5.x Database Schema. https://creately.com/app/?tempID=huvdo5 ... type=demo#
I might come back to this topic later - if there is any interest shown!
Thanks,
