I have downloaded a theme and folowed there install instructions.
1) Copy "solid_grey.png" into the folder (image/templates) using FTP software or your Web Hosts Control Panel..
2) Copy the complete folder "solid_grey" just downloaded into the folder (/catalog/view/theme)using FTP software or your Web Hosts Control Panel..
3) Log in your Opencart Admin Panel and from "Settings" page,
select your new template..
4) Click save and see everything in front side store..

The problem I am getting is I click save and get this page showing areas I must complete
Store URL required
http://www.yourdomain.com/path/
my website is www.rj45made4u.com [until my domain goes live using http://79.170.44.86/rj45made4u.com/]
What is the /path/ I need to add
Do I have to enter anything for SSL URL.
Any help would be fantastic thankyou.

path is only used if you have your store in a subdirectory. If you have installed it in the root, it's just http://www.yourdomain.com/ with the end slash.
You only need to enter SSL info in you have purchased an SSL certificate and have it installed. If not, leave it blank.

Does everything work if you select the default template? Did it work before?
When I try to look at your site, I get an error that it cannot connect to the database, so it seems to me you have some configuration issues.

I choose the default theme and it shows no problem.

there's not really a tutorial. I don't really know what would be in a tutorial on changing themes. It would just say click edit on your store select theme you want in the dropdown click save.
