USPS

I have searched but have not turned up any good solutions. How do I get the USPS shipping option to do the following:

1.) Add up when I increase the number of items in the cart. (As it is now it stays the same)
2.) Remove the say small flat rate box when it goes over a certain quantity

1) The usps module by default doesn't have individual package support. It assumes the "cart" to be one package.

Is there a way to change this or is there an additional module I can install?

I made a individual package mod for UPS but haven't made one for USPS yet. I could look into that.
