The addition to add a COMMENT to a product order would be nice this should be part of the product setup in the administration panel
HOME/PRODUCTS/OPTION ->> Add a Comment field option for the customer to fill out !!

Add a INPUT TEXT field option for the customer. Atleast have the ability to add such a field to any product.
So when setting up a product in the administrative section, a new option would be to add a TEXT field box to the order for the customer to enter information into.
Something as simple as them entering a Birthday Wish Card for a product being purchased, where they can type the message.
