post office

Hello Guys. My name is Edson Camos and I really need help. Look I have the some customer that told me that when they finished the order have the problem of the post-office it doesn`t to finished the order because told them this message (Erro -20 A largura nao pode ser inferior a 11 cm.). Could you please someone help with this situation I can resolve this and I don`t know where I going to resolve there? I will apreciate that your attention me.
