Always show tax - also for guests

Is it possible to set the site to always count taxes in the "cart", but without using the "Display Prices With Tax"

So you don't want each individual product to show taxes, but you want the actual cart to show the total line for it?

Yes. I want the cart to always be as if taxes were turned on for everyone. I have tried, but I can't get it to work.

This is because I've added the "Price with taxes" underneath the normal price myself on the product page.

well it's going to take a lot of coding to do that, because the general way to do it is to set display prices with tax to true.
