[RELEASED] PesaPal Payment Gateway

This module allows your customers to pay for their orders via PesaPal.

All four PesaPal's payment methods are supported:
- PesaPal e-wallet
- M-PESA
- Airtel Money
- Visa

You need Kenyan Shilling (KES) currency enabled in your store to use the module.

Compatible with OC 1.5.x.
