hm, this sounds like an old problem that was resolved in the newer versions...

what version of opencart are you using?

and what country is the mailing address from? did you create a custom mail format for it?

ok - in that version, there is a problem with the address formats for many countries. when i was looking at it, i had to manually fix the address formats to make them display properly. daniel may be able to provide more input on what a correct address format should look like, the one for the UK is probably working so you could start there.

if at all possible, i would recommended that you update to the latest version... since there are a few bugs like this that are not going to be fully supported in the old version.

since opencart is in such an early stage, there is no real upgrade path (yet).

if you are using 0.6.5, you cannot just copy the new files over top or anything like that - reinstalling the latest DB over top will just blow away your data.

for my own cart, i have been carefully managing which files i change and what data is in my database so i can install the latest version and re-apply all of my customizations. this does take a little work... i am not in a "ready for production" stage with my cart yet.

if you are deciding to upgrade, i would recommend creating a separate installation/database for the new version and re-apply all of your customizations and re-enter all your data. you may be able to write some SQL scripts to transfer your product data into the new database.
