Checkout error

With the upgrade to 1.2.7 and 1.2.8 I am getting the following errors when I click the "checkout" button.

Notice: Undefined index: company in /home/xxx/public_html/katees/catalog/controller/checkout/payment.php on line 147

Notice: Undefined index: address_1 in /home/xxx/public_html/katees/catalog/controller/checkout/payment.php on line 148

Notice: Undefined index: address_2 in /home/xxx/public_html/katees/catalog/controller/checkout/payment.php on line 149

don't delete addresses from the mysql table when you are still checking out.

I'm not trying to. I haven't altered any of the files. This is just what happens when I hit the Checkout button. I deleted the entire directory before uploading the new files.
