Grouping products in one product

Is it possible to group several products into one product for example

i have one package and this package contains 24pcs of item1, 36pcs of item2, 24pcs item3.

each item1, item2, item3 may be sold separately, but also can be sold as package

when user buy item1 and quantity is below needed quantity for package1 this package need to go out of stock

how ever if we change quantity for each item ( item1, item2, item3 ) it need to change quantity for package for example

item1 50pcs
item2 70pcs
item3 50pcs

package 2pcs

is it possible to do this in opencart

I need help on this as well so bump!

What you require will take some major modification on both the front end and admin
