NOW! We can use Smarty Template with OpenCart.

I Write new Controller (Model-View-Control) named ControllerBase that extends from Controller Object.
It can working on both Smarty Template Engine and OpenCart Template Egine.

Code that written testing with OpenCart 1.2.6.
