Will be there in future version ability to add (set in installation) tables prefix. When I am installing it i.e. together with CMS or any other software, sometimes may be problem with same table names.

That's been in the installer since at least version 1.3.2 which is when I started using opencart. I imagine it was there long before that. You really should look at all the fields when you are installing something, particularly if you plan on complaining that a feature is not there.
