[1.4.9.5] One Product with 2 fixed price

Hi guys,

I don't know if this have been asked before since I have searched on the forum and nothing came around.

Our business type does not use the conversion rate of currencies and is mostly done by recommended retail price based on Countries. Each product have their own recommended retail price. I have tried to use the currency conversion but it's not meeting the requirement.

1. I should have product A price as 19.80 in Euro and 29.90 in CHF.
2. I should have product B price as 4.90 in Euro and 6.90 in CHF.

As you see, the conversion rate does not apply for each product. Could you please let me know if this is feasible? Do you have any guideline how I can do this by altering the codes?

I haven't seen any extension that does this. It would have to be a hard-coded customization for your cart.

Well I am willing to pay in order to get this option.

I am also investigating the use of a multi-store. I have setup one on localhost and try to set up each store with their different currency and their fixed retail priced, but that's not the result I was expecting.

So I'm only left with 2 option:

1. Pay someone to get his done.
2. Move away from Opencart and try VirtueMart or Ubercart which can do these perfectly fine.

It seems that Opencart is really far away from these major cart
