Hi, sorry i not good at English.
I have problem with 2 languages. In my car is EN and Lithuania language. When i choose My Order History(in english lang.) i saw all orders have made but when i choose My Order History(in Lithuania lang.) i don`t saw any order.

This is not so problem for Shop's admin, because he can see all Orders in Admin panel in English.
But customers who has ordered in another language can't see Invoice or Order History in another Language.
Customer have to change Language in English extra to see Invoice etc. every times...
yes, this is seriously problem in open cart, before several weeks i say that opencart is not fully multi language 
i made my only in Bulgarian if i take a decision to make a English version i'll make a second copy of the shop, i think (but i never test it) that if u make a language configuration on first time when u use open cart all things will be good, but if u want to add a new language after u start using open cart this is problem for the version up to now ....
