USPS Insurance Option

I apologize if this has already been addressed elsewhere on the forum, but I searched and couldn't find the answer.

I am currently setting up my first OpenCart installation. I have USPS shipping set up and functioning, but don't see an option for customers to add insurance. Is this a separate extension/module, or have I missed something?

I am using version 1.4.9.4. Thanks for the help.

Qphoria has an extension to add an Insurance cost, available here:

The USPS module doesn't have the insurance option at this time
