URGENT ISSUE paypal and shop integration

HI

We really need some urgent help with this from one of the administrators.

Opencart was working fine until the last few weeks.

The payments are being passed to Paypal and taken but they are NOT being recorded in Opencart. We therefore have no idea what people have bought.

We are also having a problem with Opencart not passing some postage costs to Paypal.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone get in touch urgently!!! We are loosing money and customer faith.

If anyone needs more info, please let me know.

what version of opencart do you have? If it's 1.4.4 or above have you updated to the new paypal module? Even so nothing that I know of has changed that would keep payments from working.

Hi we're using 1.4.9, we'll make sure that the new paypal module is installed, and post again if it doesn't solve the issue.
