I am using OpenCart 1.4.9.1 and downloaded the most recent TCPDF v 5_9_029. There were no problems with installation and the module appears fine on my website (still in maintenance mode). However, if there are more than 5 items to display and it goes over 1 page .. that is where the problem occurs.
It will print 5 images on the first page, but shows descriptions for 6. The picture for the 6th item goes to the next page. And from that point on I get 1 picture and 1 description per page. Needless to say, this could never be printed as the number of pages is too great. At first I thought it was because I was using larger picture sizes on my website, so I changed them all back to the default. Still paginates wrong.
How do I get the pictures to print continuously ... not 1 page per item (after 1st page)?

Example PDF w/improper pagination.

Thank you for purchasing the extension. And I am sorry to reply late. I have updated new version of PDF Catalog and added more functionalities as well. In addition, I fixed the problem that the image displays the next page.
Please update and if you encounter a problem, I will support you quickly. You do not need to pay one more time, for your information.

I wrote you previously because I had purchased 1.0 and implemented it .. but I could not use because the pagination was all wrong. You created ver 2.0 and I downloaded and tried it. But now the problem is that it displays all of my disabled items that I do not want people to see. They don't show on the website .. but they do on the catalog. Not a good thing! (My website is still in maintenance mode until I can get all the features working properly). So I signed on today to ask you what do I need to do so that the disabled items do not show on the catalog. Now I see there is a bug fix .. but it says I have to pay again!!! Is this true????

Does this extension work with 1.4.9.3? I have tried every way I can think of (including following the directions at least I think I did) to get this to run on my site. I am confused about a few things.
1. When you say "Copy the contents of the "upload" folder to your store's top level directory, preserving the directory structure", does this mean the root directory of my site or the root of the /public_html/ folder?
2. I also find this confusing: "Extract downloaded file and copy 'tcpdf' folder to '/upload/system/helper' folder". If I have uploaded the "contents" of the /upload/ folder doesn't that mean just upload the contents of the folder and not the folder itself? So, as I understand it the /upload/ folder does not exist on the site in either the root directory or the /public_html/ directory. If so, even if I upload the /tcpdf/ folder to /public_html/system/helper/ , I still get the "Error could not load" message.
I interpreted the instructions as so:
I copied the contents of the /upload folder/, meaning just the directories and their included files of:
/admin/
/catalog/
/image/
/system/
and copied them as is to the /public_html/ folder to write the new files to the corresponding folders but did not include the /upload/ folder itself. Which seems to be fine. The extension showed up in its proper place in the Admin section of my site.
I then downloaded the /tcpdf/ file from SourceForge and it gave me the files with the following structure:
..
/examples/
qrcode.php
README.TXT
I downloaded it 4 different times, so I'm pretty convinced that's all the files.
I then took the parent file /tcpdf/ and uploaded it to:
/public_html/system/helper/
and all I got was "Error could not load tcpdf/tcpdf"
Can someone tell me where I'm going left when I should have gone right? Or is it a Version problem? I'm really banging my head against the wall!

Is that all that you downloaded? When I downloaded tcpdf it had a lot more than that in the folder. It isn't just a file, it's a folder full of files and other folders.OnlyEssentials wrote:I then downloaded the /tcpdf/ file from SourceForge and it gave me the files with the following structure:

This is where I got it from: http://sourceforge.net/projects/tcpdf/f ... p/download
I have just installed this on 1.4.9.3 and it seems to work. The "All Categories" isn't outputting a pdf though, but it may be that I'm just impatient and it's still loading (not that I have a huge number of products).
It does seem to be showing disabled products in the pdfs that I can produce.
I heart cmd-f, cmd-c, cmd-v, cmd-z + vQmod.
My favourite page...
v1.5.4.1
A short description for each product would be good. Taken from meta_description should be a good length to fit.
Will see if I can figure this out.

Any one encounter this? I use the latest version tcpdf 5.9.58

I installed this module and it works perfect in the admin section, displays on my home page and seems to work okay (as described). However, when I try to download a catalog I get the following error:
Error: Could not load config pdf_catalog!
I'm using version 1.4.9.3

with OC 1.4.9.4 and TCPDF 5.9.069 I get the following

@trioschoolsupplies Well, I am not sure why the error is happening. Did you copy all files from module?
@Tiger1937 It looks like your hosting company does not allow to access the path of your logo. You can check your store logo path. Check whether logo is in place.

Hi, @Tiger1937
I am hoping that I can give you good answer;but, I should get more information to tell you exact reason that causes the issue. And to get more information, I should have a look your server configuration with source code.
Meanwhile, to make sure it is my code problem, could you test one more thing? You already installed TCPDF; then, you can test a sample code, which is using similar concpet with the module.
Go to http://www.tcpdf.org/examples.php and download "6. WriteHTML()" example and run it in your server. See whether it is working or not. You should see image as attached screenshot.
