Ok, so I installed the Export/Import tool. It shows up under the system tab, but I can't get access to it. Per the instructions in the read me file, I looked for it under user group permissions to allow access but it aint there. So how do I give myself access to it?

so did it solve it??? I'm having the same issue and can't seem to get an answer from anybody. So if you fixed it, please let me (and others) know what you did.
