New PayPal Contribution

I just downloaded, unzipped and placed the unzipped folder in my bookstore folder where the cart is.  The unzipped folder is called paypal_improved_v1.0. The readme instructions say this:

1)  Copy the catalog folder to the root of your shopping cart installation.
      It contains only the following two files which you should back up first.

        catalog\extension\payment\paypal.php
        catalog\language\english\extension\payment\paypal.php

Do I move the catalog folder out of the paypal_improved_v1.0 folder which was unzipped and if I do and place it in the bookstore folder will it not over write the cataolg folder already there?  Or, do I just need to copy the contents of each file, catalog\extension\payment\paypal.php and catalog\language\english\extension\payment\paypal.php and just paste it over the same files already existing (I will copy and save the original files though, just in case)?

I also created the Paid Unconfirmed order status.

First you don't want that version. Always get the newest version of a file. New versions head down the page. Should be called "New_Paypal_Improved_079.1.zip"
