With latest Opencart (1.4.9.3) I have the following problem.
For a while I had the default currency as EEK and it's value 1.0000 the second currency is EUR with value 0.06391165
So now I changed the default to EUR and the values remained the same. Everything works in the User section but in admin it still shows everything in EEK.
The problem I think is that admin shows the prices in the currency with value set as 1.0000.
But everytime I try to change the EUR value to 1.000 the prices go wrong in User section as well when I turn on the Automatic currency update it switches the EUR to 1.000 and EEK to 16.xxx but still messes up the prices in store.
How could I make EUR 1.000 without messing up the prices?

Always include a link if you are having a store front issue!
Describe "messed up prices"?
Are you sure the GEO and TAX -zones are set up correctly?

Basically the problem is that the store admin section doesn't show the prices in default currency.
My default currency is EUR with value set to 0.63
The second currency is EEK with value set to 1
The admin shows all the prices in EEK despite the default being EUR

Using Safari's private browsing so no cookies should be there the store front give me EUR but when I log into admin it shows in EEK. Could it be that the default currency should have it's value set to 1 for the admin to work?
I believe that the answer is yes.priithansen wrote:Could it be that the default currency should have it's value set to 1 for the admin to work?
I heart cmd-f, cmd-c, cmd-v, cmd-z + vQmod.

Of course it does! Your default currency is set to 0.63. You should set your default currency to 1.priithansen wrote:Basically the problem is that the store admin section doesn't show the prices in default currency.

Yes but if I change the value of my default currency all the prices will be wrong. How can I avoid that?
NO , if it is seted default, the prices will be good.
Then set the other curencies according to the default one.

Hm for me it messes up the prices despite it being default currency.
Also I can't delete either of the currencies.

For some reason this doesn't help me delete a currency.
I have my order status messages renamed in the localisation settings could this make the system confused about the intended status of the order?
