Global Mega Options and Options Plus compatibility

i am setting shopping cart for a printing company for which i will need:
1) Customer File Upload at the product page
For this Global mega options will be used.

2) Assigning Individual weight for each product option
For this options plus module will be used.

I will be working on v1.4.9.3(default installation).
so can both the modules work simultaneouly without any conflict ?
Has anyone implemented both the modules?
Which module of the above two should i install first as installation results in overwritting/changes?
