Cannot add products

i'm using OC 1.4.9.1 and i have a problem everytime adding a new products and here is the error message :

Error: Duplicate entry '6243-2' for key 1
Error No: 1062
INSERT INTO product_description SET product_id = '6243', language_id = '2', name = 'Intel i7 2600 ', meta_keywords = '', meta_description = '', description =

please be advise how to fix this ??

Did you figure this out? My client seems to be getting this problem now, even though she has previsously added hundreds of products without error!

I get this myself but only every five to ten products. If I hit back and submit again, it goes fine. Very odd.
