Hi

I am looking for a HSBC API Payment Module, does anyone know if there is one available?

I would appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction

Hi Q,
Does the API module support 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode etc)?
Also it might be worth mentioning that according to HSBC you can use either the API or CPI with your account, there isn't 2 different account types. You can also run multiple stores on one account.

Hi Tom,

I purchased Q Module and it is brilliant and it does support the 3D secure (PAS)

But you were misinformed about 2 accounts, you can upgrade, but you cannot use an API on a CPI account or vice versa, believe me i tried!

HSBC advised that i had to upgrade from a CPI to a API

I also heard that you needed to have them upgrade your account from CPI to API separately. In fact,
API requires User/Pass/Client id/Alias id
CPI requires User/Secret Key/Client id

So their requirements of fields differs
