OpenCart has had a kind of built-in CMS for quite a while.
There is a Category Description contribution available for OpenCart. If you think of a category as a content page (its description) then you could easily manage your content pages via OpenCart's admin panel, using the built-in FCKEditor. The only change needed is in the category.tpl file which needs to include the '' in there somewhere.
