Store Title Multi Language

Hi just a quick query is there any way to change the store title for multi-language systems.

Or would this mean I had to create a new store for each language? I can find where to change the welcome text but there isn't an option for the title.I know some people won't want to have it changing but I would like to try and change it for keyword purposes.

I couldn't see a mod and the forum search didn't raise any decent results just unrelated posts. I thought I would ask before I go knee deep in code!

I have the same problem but haven't found a solution yet.
As i know prestashop and magento can set different title/name for different language.
