Zone Based Shipping Plus - Subtotal-based shipping costs

Hi There,

I've just bought the Zone Based Shipping module and I've installed on version 1.4.9.1 of opencart.
What I'd like to do is use this to to give order totalling £100 or more parcelforce 24 delivery but of course that is only weight-based. So I'd like to replicate that by using this module to say that all orders of £100 or more cost £12.99 and for it to be called "Parcelforce 24". Could I have a little help here?
Also, before I forget - would it be possible to have shipping methods created with this, so for example if we have Royal Mail first class recorded for all items costing under £100 and weighing under 3kg alongside Parcelforce 24 for all items costing over £100?

You will need to create a Geozone called 'Parcelforce 24' with all the locations in that are to receive this service.

Then you use that Geozone in the Zone Based Shipping Plus module.
