Where to find confirm order button????

Hi guyz,
Could anyone plz tell me where to find the confirm order button in code???
Since am new to opencart, am struggling to find this!!
After finding this, i need to do this. When customer clicks confirm button once, i need to disable the confirm button,
so that the customer cannot click the button twice.
Am using authorize.net as payment method.
So if i click the confirm button twice or thrice, i can see the loading symbol( please wait alert) twice or thrice correspondingly. This should not happen.
Can anyone help me in doing this as well..

Atlast i found out where is that confirm button... its on the corresponding payment method.
I use authorize.net. And hence i found out on controller/payment/authorizenet_aim.tpl.
And also i have found a way to disable that after single click.
But the prob is, payment gets hanged (with please wait alert) after clicking confirm button.
I dono how to handle it.
Could anyone help me in this????

ya am using 1.4.8b. I have already gone through that thread and made changes yaar. Yet i couldn't get out of that error.
Wat else could be the reason that causes this error?

I would also like to know where the $payment is being set in the core. I would like to modify it a bit for styling. I'd like to add a class and such.

$payment is the variable for the payment form based on the payment you've selected
catalog/view/theme/default/template/payment/*.tpl
