Same problem here, I don't have or I don't remember my PIN code and now I cannot login into my opencart.com account. I sent about 10 emails to opencart.com staff and after o couples of day, still no answer!

I don't know if this forum is expired or not but if you ever have trouble with PIN, click Reset PIN (it's the red button beside input box).
