that it was no longer there, as linked further above...
Just upload the file to your Server, and click it's link on the Browser,
then, you select your valid Name shown, and enter the new Password, and you're ready
to go again. But remove the file right after again, or anybody could access your Admin
Section, by adding another password, and block you from further access....
