Anyone willing to undertake clean-up/service work for Google

Hi,

Well we're looking for someone to undertake some probably routine tasks to them, make our website generally look more professional, nicer, and also undertake Google webmaster recommendations and uncover why we have such a high (growing) number of not founds through google webmaster, this is also I think severely damaging how much our website is showing.
