iCustomFooter modification

Currently using the iCustomFooter extension and would like someone to make 2 modifications to how the map that is displayed (see below).

1. I would like a marker to be displayed on the map so it shows the exact location. At the moment there is nothing indicate where on the map a location may be but I have created mock-up page to demonstrate my requirement.
2. I would the map to appear in a pop-up window when clicked. Website users may want to view a much large map so a nice JavaScript pop-up window for this would be very nice.

You can work on my server as I have taken backups.
