Hi,

My client has an OC 1.5.2.1 site that is having major slowdown issues. The server says that max connections have been reached. I need an OC/database expert. The site gets about 1000 visits per day. The site worked fine with 1.4.x, never any server issues, but now the site is constantly slowing down during peak traffic times.

Since the 1.4 version worked, I'd like to try and fix the site instead of going to a dedicated server. Please respond if you think you can help make my 1.5.2 OC a little more efficient.

thanks,

Dave (takayuki)

Free solution: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=5287

This should help by optimizing your store and connections.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
