HTML & PSD to Opencart Template/Theme

We own a small webshop in OsCommerce but we want to change from source and change it to Opencart, however we need our design to be converted into an Opencart theme/template.

The homepage is already sliced to HTML, the other pages are just PSD-files.

The countdown-box on homepage is not needed, it needs to be a slider.

We would like to know how much this would cost and who can do this and within how much time.
