I think if you adjust the css for the jPageFlipper-0.9/style.css, for the .canvasHolder id from top:-800px to top:-850px or maybe top:-860px that looks like it'll fix it.

no, that just moves the slider and line higher up the screen

it is just a freebie page turning script of the net, obviously a bit buggy
