db backup module and a simple vQmod

can someone do a small vQMODs and a simple module for me ?

1. a simple database backup module that backs up the database to Amazon S3 and FTP with Custom backup timer (nightly, weekly, monthly or custom) and email notify when failed/completed
2. one vQmod that makes the list image in products admin/index.php?route=catalog/product clickable to open the file open dialog in windows, so you can upload a image and set it as default on that product automatically after file upload?
