transfer my store from opencart 1.5.1.3 to 3.0.3.1

Hello,
i have a store installed on opencart 1.5.1.3 and i would like to transfer all my data to my new store on opencart 3.0.3.1 plus i want a simple modification to allow logo to change between languages (Logo change along with language switching)

Don't use 3.0.3.1, has a lot of bugs.

We can migrate from 1.5.6.4 to 3.0.3.1 and we also have available various fixes that are still not on github (we suggested them).
We do NOT fully suggest to upgrade to that specific version since it's still not stable.
For a Quotation for the migration we must have access to a dump of the website or direct access to ftp ad admin panel (so that we can do a dump).
You must specify what you really need in the migration since prices can be different. For example your eventual custom template must be fully converted to twig templating.
