We are a small ecommerce business that is looking to upgrade our opencart version from 1.5.6.4 to the latest version and use the Journal theme. There are some very important factors for us:

1. A well experienced developer that can safely manage the upgrade, install and customize necessary modules, and implement best SEO practices
2. A designer that is experienced with the Journal theme and can implement good UI/UX
