(CLOSED) Dev Needed: Exclude GOP Cash On Delivery from particular Categories

Hello.
I want someone to help me write the code to exclude the GOP Cash On Delivery payment extension from some particular categories (using category_id ).
The settings of the extension has a field to insert the code : http://prntscr.com/lrdg0u so no vqmod or ocmod required.

Also as print_r($products); gives this: http://prntscr.com/lrdh3v (no categories) I think we have to write the code to get the category based on the product ID

Using Opencart 2.3.0.2
