online food order site in opencart

I am doing a online fast food order website and started to do it in tastyigniter but realised alot of custom work/coding is required to make it work for example I need something like chained selection/options so thought of opencart as there are extensions for chained/dependent options and found one but may need help/advice with it.

Can a online food ordering website be done in opencart?
What extensions other than the dependent options would be recommended?

I think I am going to need to create loads of product options, for example the extra toppings and stuffed edge options vary in price based on the size of the pizza selected, this is where the chained/dependent options come on but I am going to have to create each extra topping for each pizza size selected as can't see any other way to do it or can anyone possibly do some custom code so I select a 10" pizza, the extra toppings will be £0.70 but if I select 13", the extra toppings will be £0.80 and so on

yeah it is more than asking for advice/help. Not sure opencart is the best for it but thought wonder if it could be made into a online food order website

The paid bit of work is that I need the product options prices to be according to the pizza size selected, for example if I select 10" pizza, the extra toppings and stuffed edges options will be based on the pizza size selected, so if I select 10" the extra toppings prices are £0.70, if I select 13" pizza, the extra toppings prices are £0.80 and so on
