Stock Filter for hide sold-out items for frontend

Hi,
I am searching module for filtering product with quantity >0 in category search manufacturer and special for frontend.

My idea is something like this: I chose option "Only in stock" in filter area (grid/list sort view limit) and it is shown only products with quantity>0.

I can use pagination, still be active Only in stock
I can go in another category, still be active Only in stock than
Than I can turn-off this option and ecommerce shown whole stock with sold out items.

My eshop have 50% sold out and I shown this items because season availability and because SEO - so I can not turn-off this items.

In Extensions are not modules like this. Can you give me offer in PM or suggest right module? Thank you very much
