2 Jobs: To get our Google Products working & Google Adsense

Hi all,
As I don't have the time, I would like someone to set-up our Google products (merchant) account, I did it but the products are not being recognised properly.
And secondly, i've just set-up a google adsense account, and have the module by atir for easy incorporation of google adsense onto opencart sites. I would like someone to set up a few ads, without taking away any professionalism of the site, we don't want people to think we're spammers.
