I'm having problems with the Authorize.net SIM. I keep getting this error at checkout:

The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

My ID and password is correct. Any ideas?

This is usually due to you switching your authorize.net account from test mode to production mode, without requesting a new transaction key.

Generate a new key while in Production mode in your authorize.net account. Then try

That didn't work for me.

I've checked my user name and transaction key. I've even called Authorize.net to make sure everything was correct on my account. But I'm still getting the same error:

The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

Are you able to troubleshoot? It could be something I could donate for your time.

If you set me up with a temporary admin account to your store, I can try with my login. That will at least verify that it works on your side. PM the info

Oh you are using your old template with the new opencart. You need to update the catalog/template//content/checkout_confirm.tpl file with the one from 0.7.9. It has an override support for the form enctype. That will fix your problem

Looks like I'm not very smart backing up my files.... I've learned my lessen.

You programmed the image to go to a URL for me on the description page, do you still have that code or page file?

I over rode it when I was updating the content folder.
