Help in adding new rule of shipping rate

Please help me understand and solve this problem.
I am adding a new rate of expedited shipping. I inserted it under shipping and saved it. I got a message said " Permission Denied!
You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator."

Is anyone who could help with it!!!! Appreciated in advance!

did you try searching the forum for permission denied?  been answered a few times..

more importantly, if you are just getting started with opencart, I'd suggest using the latest 0.7.9 instead of the 0.7.8 that you are using now to save yourself a hassle later

Thank you Qphoria for the latest version. I have been feeling tired on updating and modifying. I love this forum it did help me a lot. But based on I am not good with those coding, I have to work with extra effort more than others do. >:(
