Drop Down Menu for Choosing a Price

How and Where can I integrate a drop down menu in Product Page with options for the customer to choose a type and the price go up.

Please help. I know it's all js but didnt know exactly where to put the codes.

You might have some success using product options as the "type" values. The price can be increased when a product option is selected.

I'd also recommend the options idea as bruce said.
