open cart 7.7 error technical advice needed

i have been through this furom and all the answers i tried  didnt help, can someone please help. right now i have verson 7.7 and after install i get these errors  somethin about library/cache/cache file  check it out here www.jrstore.net78.net dont knnow what to do , is there a correct cache php file i can just download to replace the bad one with all the errors..

Upgrade to 0.7.8, it's fixed in that version...

Might be best to start telling people to upgrade to the SVN version, as the release 0.7.8 just adds a whole new slew of problems (url alias, double query, etc). When might we get a 0.7.9 btw?
